November at the Philharmonic in Szczecin is a month dedicated to men – their health, emotions, relationships, and role in culture. As part of the international Movember campaign, the Philharmonic in Szczecin creates a space for conversations not only about health prevention but also about male identity, sensitivity, and strength that does not have to be loud. With the help of music and art, we invite you to listen to yourself and to others – because caring for mental, emotional, and physical health is an essential part of a mature life.

Through concerts, exhibitions, and meetings, we demonstrate that art is a unique tool for cultivating mindfulness – toward oneself and toward others. Music and visual arts will serve as a pretext for reflecting on how important it is to care not only for the body but also for the mind and emotions, which together form the foundation of a healthy, fulfilling life.
